PPI Skin Illustrator Alcohol activated makeup is a Polymer based makeup that is activated with PPI Skin Illustrator Activator or 99% Isopropyl Alcohol. All of PPI’s palettes have been used by industry professionals for years and some have even been created specifically for films. Once applied to skin and dried it has tremendous staying power, which makes it ideal for the film industry.

The Skin Illustrator Ve’s Pirate Palette is a recreation of the exact palette Ve Neill custom ordered for The Pirate of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl. This palette is as good as it sounds! This palette can best be described as a combination of both the FX and Skin Illustrator palette.

Colors: Black, Cedar, LAO 2, Natural 2, Rice Paper, Bruise Tone, Red Oxide, Aged Blood, Vein Tone, Prime Yellow 

Uses: Do not let the name deceive you. This palette is great for any look that requires dirt and grime and minor cuts and abrasions.

Recommended Pairing: Flesh Tone palette, FX Palette, Bloody Five mini

Instructions: Ve’s Pirate Palette can be activated with Skin Illustrator Activator, or 99% alcohol. When using the palette think of how watercolors are used. The more alcohol you use the more translucent the color will be. The less alcohol you use the opaquer the color will be.
